ca-ching (winter break pre-spain)
geocaching. the new cool thing to do. and by "cool," i mean "this town is utterly boring and finding caches of tiny objects most likely from the oriental trading company by gps coordinates is a better way to spend the afternoon than getting lunch with my family at pismo beach with a bunch of people from the central valley."
sarcasm aside, i did have fun galavanting around town with my old high school friends. we discovered a new park today. a little plot of grass with a lamppost and a water-fountain overlooking my favorite coffee shop in the village. i think i'll go back with a book sometime in the next 28 days. i need to get out of the house more often.
